Penny Stock With High Volume
What typically happens after a steep price jump from good news?
If a stock opens much higher than its previous close because of good news(65% or more gain), for example because of a merger or a new contract with a distributor, what typically happens the next day? a steep decline?
the company i own stock in (a penny stock, right now it is about $.04), just had good news and the stock is up about 100%. This is a new company and the volume went up about 16 times today, from 1 million to 16million. Im debating whether to sell my shares today and pick them up again tommorow or in a few days at a cheaper price,
advice?
P.S. I emailed this company asking for a sample of their product and they sent me 2. The product was fantastic and they communicated with me well, this leads me to believe they are a legitamate company.
I sold my shares for nearly a 100% profit, im assuming there will be a correction and will pick up my shares again once the price drops.
sell half of your stock, keep the rest to see what happens
but if I am reading right it went from .02 to .04 than it all depends how many shares you own after all
with those prices the cost for selling will have a big impact
