Are there any online broker penny to accept the use of MasterCard as a way to fund the account?
You can not buy shares actions with a credit card, or providing an account through a credit card. Most brokers "only accept cash (Which means a bank transfer) or by check. Most brokerage firms do not even accept cash payments.
