Glossary of Penny Stocks
Before you start trading penny stocks, you need to understand the jargon of investing in shares that are able to decipher what the papers, his agent, and modest incomes. Some of them:
Ask Price: The price at which buying a stock.
Back Review: This term refers to measures of a penny stock, profitability and corporate value. The return of the balance sheet, including measures such as money from the sale price / Book value, book in hand, the profit margin, return on equity and the closing date.

For the market: A market order is an order to buy or sell a specific amount of shares at prices current market. Once a market order is received, it is immediately executed at the best price available.
Market maker is a brokerage firm or bank that represents a stock and compete with other market makers to buy and sell stocks. The market maker displays buy and sell quotes. The market maker also is known as a runner.
MOMO actions: Also known as a dynamic engine. It is an investment strategy in action usually unknown and collected by low investment clubs levy for day trading. The stock prices usually fluctuate severely MOMO.
To open: An open order is an order to buy or sell a stock, which remains in force until executed or canceled by the customer.
Pump and dump: This is an action penny stocks trading strategy where prices of penny stocks generally increase rapidly due to the hype, and falls dramatically when the hype-makers unload their shares.
Spread: The difference between purchase price and the price.
Stop limit: This is an order that combines the stop and limit order. If you put a stop and start, your order may be executed at your limit price. If the trade goes beyond its maximum limit, their work is not executed.
Tank: Tanking is when the penny stocks lose their value quickly.
